An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced RN Manager Medical Surgical Services to join their dynamic healthcare team.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the RN Manager Medical Surgical Services is responsible for all unit operations including staff management of 30
FTEs, regulatory compliance and survey readiness, inventory management, quality control, and department fiscal budget.
The Nurse Manager will also serve as the unit representative and liaison between organization leadership, other departments, and hospital staff.

Salary:
$39 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
