5K a year The Front Office Secretary is integral to the daily operations of the school community.
The ideal candidate will have a love for children and the ability to be a welcoming and supportive presence in the daily lives of students, staff, and families.
Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and excellent work completion.
Important skills include written and oral communication, multitasking, technology literacy, collaboration, and critical thinking.
The Secretary works under the supervision of the Administrative Assistant to the Principal to:
-Manage traffic flow and regulate entry through the secure main doors-Receive and process incoming communications-Maintain daily attendance and dismissal information-Assist with emergency drills-Assist staff, learners, parents/guardians, and visitors as needed -Assist school administration / administrative assistants with projects-Maintain strict confidentiality of learner information and data-Perform other tasks as assigned that are consistent with the goals and objectives of the positionWork year:
190 days, 7.
5 hours/day.
