Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform the functions of the Unit Manager position in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations as well as the facility's established policies and procedures.
Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations.
Direct day-to-day functions of nursing activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure resident's total regimen of care of maintained.
Maintain confidentiality to assure resident rights are protected.
Participate in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents and arrange for transportation/escort.
Participate in wound rounds, meetings, and orientation as required.
Participate in surveys made by government agencies Other responsibilties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have strong management skills Must have prior nurse management experience Must have RN license Must have Long Term Care experience

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
