Assess, process, and maintain written documents and drawings in electronic and manual controlled documentation systems per governing procedures and in compliance with external regulations/standards:
process change requests; type revisions; edit spelling, grammar and formatting;
assign control numbers and track document; and
maintain databases/indices, distribution, and retrieval systems.
Follow regulatory requirements, company procedures, and principles of records management to maintain a wide variety of records, documents and media.
Facilitate transfer and control of records to and from offsite storage facilities.
Update Bills of Material, Routings, Master Data in ERP system(s) by:
Matching engineering change notices (ECN) and design change notices to drawings, procedures, forms, BOMs or routers.
Verifying accuracy and resolves any discrepancies with the appropriate engineering personnel.
Issuing periodic status reports (e.g. Outstanding Test Requests, Protocols).
Maintain external standards, regulations and guidance documents.
Responsible for training new ECN preparers to current Change Control System, Item Master preparation, and document control database. Providing document control training to employees, as required.
Release labeling.
Processes & controls customer's drawings/documents by
Identifying and noting any changes against previous revision.
Distributing review package to all concerned parties (i.e. Engineering) for Technical Review.
Processing completed Technical Review when returned to Document Control.
Maintains the accuracy of master engineering document distribution list.
Reviews corporate QS and compliance documentation for applicability to Jaffrey facility and issued necessary change forms, as needed.
Maintains validation records for process and/or equipment including generation of manufacturing parameter sheets for validation protocols, where applicable.
Provide documentation research support for various groups.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
